First batch! =)

On Monday, my mom and I began on Lollies Cupcake adventure. =) We made our first batch to get a feel for some new ideas and to make alterations on some recipies.

I made red velvet batter and white ake batter. We played around with ways to not only make them taste yummy but look good too!

I took the cupcakes to the pool where I work and they went over great! we topped them with a delicious rich topping and they were gone within a coupe hours.

What I'm doing!

Hi! so here's the deal. I am on a mission to make cupcakes. Not just any cupcakes but all cupcakes. My ultimate goal is to have sort of a cupcake catering business, but I need your help! =)
What I need you to do is tell me what kind of cupcakes to make.
I have a lot of ideas but I want to know what you like! =)
I will be baking a lot, taking pics and posting about how its going!
